Job Description

Responsible for the preparation of business MIS & dashboard - Follow ups & review of department reports submit analysis in summary to Managing director - Prepare business presentation. - Review & analyse financial models & reports. - Co-ordination with internal & external departments / Stakeholders of the business - Co-ordination of meetings, prepare minutes of meetings & its follow ups. - Administrative support to Managing partner for mail communications, drafting etc.

Maintains calendar. Takes initiative to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Filing expense reimbursement, credit card payments, etc.

Ensure timely submission of timesheet on behalf of the manager

Ad-hoc report generation on team budgets and costing

Documentation of key documents (electronic and hard filling)

Data entry, VTR/Box uploading and conduct of simple analysis

Assist in making presentation and taking minutes of the meetings

Manages logistics, scheduling of meetings during evaluation process in timely and confidential manner.
