• Develop and communicate a thorough understanding of clients’ objectives including their ROI objectives and service level expectations. • Ensuring we remains proactive and responsive to Key clients to achieve its vision of being the most respected company in fleet management. • Build strong and long term sustainable Business Relationships with all clients ensuring achievement of objectives pertaining to Fleet Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Profitability and Service Penetration
Skills and Expertise
• Graduate in any discipline • 3-5 years of experience in a similar profile • Proven success in business-to-business sales preferably in a service industry background • Excellent Inter-Personal Skills • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’. • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. • Confidence in presenting technical and Industry data to clients. • Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail. • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks. • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • A strong Team Player.
