Job Description
• Develop new business relationships, negotiate and generate new income especially from PSUs for us to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year. • Manage business relationships with Key Existing PSU clients, negotiate and increase the business share for our company to an agreed annual target. • Develop and communicate a thorough understanding of clients’ objectives including their ROI objectives. • Ensuring we remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients to achieve its vision of being the most respected company in fleet management. • Build and leverage the brand equity and ensure topline growth in fleet number while retaining the Market Leadership position in the country.
Skills and Expertise
•• Graduate in any discipline • 4-6 years of experience in a similar profile • Proven success in business-to-business sales preferably in a service industry background • Experience in handling the PSUs clients. • Knowledge about Government Processes e.g: tendering is a must have • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’. • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. • Confidence in presenting technical and marketing data to clients and colleagues in a variety of mediums. • Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities. • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail. • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks. • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • A positive attitude to dealing with people. • Capable of working independently – support is available by the RSH/NSH/CH for complex large pitches and strategies.
